Being a piano tuner/repairer, my dad has a lot of old pianos in his shed. Most of them are so far damaged that the owners may as well just buy a brand new piano. So they sell or give the piano to Dad and every once in a while he has a bonfire party where we burn a few pianos to make room in the shed for repairables. Piano sacrifice, I call it. It’s real pretty. And it’s that time of year again so it’s going to happen again soon!
